Our Team

Mia Wyatt, CEO & Co-Founder

Mia co-founded HRK, with her father Pat Vache, in 2004. She brought with her over 10 years practical experience in human resources administration, recruiting, and benefit design and analysis. She enjoys working with small organizations across all sectors, providing human resource support, training in management and leadership, and guiding her clients to success through sound human resource and talent acquisition practices. On the weekend, you will most likely find her engaged in an outdoor activity, finding time to see her college aged kiddos or catching a Sounders match!

Mia earned a Bachelor’s from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree from Seattle University.


Pat Vache, Co-Founder

Pat has over 40 years of leadership , executive management and ownership experience with small to midsize organizations. Pat’s holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration; which eventually led to the co-founding of HRK.

Pat has also devoted many years to the nonprofit and local government sectors. He has serviced as President for the City of Redmond Council, and some of his volunteer duties include service as the Board of Directors President for Hopelink, President of Kiwanis Club of Redmond, Board Chair Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Founding Board Member of OneRedmond, and as a Founding Trustee for the Lake Washington School District.

On the weekend you will find Pat working in the yard and attending grandchildren’s sporting events, unless it is Husky football season – then you will find him at the game! Go Dawgs!

Trish Williamson, PHR, Partner

Growing up in a military family, Trish spent many years calling places such as Hawai’i, Guam, Panama, and the Philippines home.

Being immersed in various cultures has given her great appreciation and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Trish partnered with Mia & Pat in 2007. She has successfully helped our clients implement agile HR processes and conducted trainings that align with their overall business strategy. She is extremely passionate about mentorship, development, and growth. She is a student of continuous learning, not just in people operations, but also in discovering ways that empower and uplift those around her as well as the communities we live in.

Trish earned her bachelor’s from Central Washington University in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Currently, she is a Baylor University MBA candidate--Sic’ em Bears!

Human Resources & Talent Acquisition

Marne Garcia, Sr. Consultant & Account Manager

Marne is a certified HR Professional with over 20 years of experience. Her skills include managing employee relations, recruiting top talent and helping companies achieve workplace compliance. She is currently a Sr. Consultant and Business Development Manager for HRK and supports businesses with their HR needs. Marne has a double degree from WSU in Sociology and Spanish.  She is involved with the local community as an Ambassador for the Woodinville Chamber, she serves on the Board for Bothell Kenmore Chamber and is involved with several women leadership groups.  Marne has two daughters, Julia is going WWU and Natalie is at Bothell High School and in her spare time she loves to kickbox and hang with friends and family. 

Chelsea Guzman, Consultant

Chelsea has been with HRK for 3 years with over 8 years’ experience in the HR field. In her career she has supported startups and small companies in various HR roles, recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll. She enjoys working with companies to provide human resource support and helping them find efficient ways to succeed.

On the weekend, you will most likely find her watching her son play basketball and exploring trails with her two pups.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University.

Denise Murrell, Consultant

Denise has been with the HRK team for over 2 years providing our clients with top notch recruiting management and support.

She is a graduate from the University of Washington with a BA in Business. She went back to school to receive a Master’s in Teaching and has taught elementary school for 12 years.  

Some fun facts about her- she loves basketball, food, plants, reading, and daily exercise.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Lynn Blevins, Practice Director

Lynn has more than 27 years of accounting experience and has worked in multiple industries. Lynn earned her Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington. In her career she has worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger.

She was a controller for 16 years and managed an accounting staff of six.
She enjoys learning about new businesses, working with them to develop an accounting system that is efficient and time saving for the business owner.

On the weekend you would most likely find her quilting, camping or cheering on her grandson at swimming and flag football.

Brandon Hamm, Sr. Consultant

Brandon has been with HR Kinections since 2021 and has more than 12 years of accounting experience in multiple industries. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting.

 In his career, he has worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. He enjoys processing payrolls, setting up businesses in QuickBooks, and creating reports within Excel.

During the Spring, you find him volunteering his time umpiring Little League Softball and Baseball games.

Julie Boselly, Sr. Consultant

Julie joined HR Kinections in March 2022. Julie was given the opportunity to move into an accounting department as a teenager in 1992 and never looked back. After running her mother’s and her own business for over 17 years, she decided to return to the corporate world. Julie had been referring HRK to these corporations and watched their bookkeeping business grow steadily. It was time to jump on board. Julie enjoys working with small businesses, setting up their books correctly, cleaning up data, creating and streamlining processes, allowing for timely, accurate reports, so business owners can focus on what they do best – run their business.

 Julie loves to travel, see friends, family, and to catch up with her kids. She has one cat named Maggie.

Renae Howard, Consultant

Renae joined HRK in June 2022. Renae started her career in the prior century supporting Architecture and Engineering firms.  Over the decades she has provided bookkeeping and HR services for a variety of clients from tech startups to non-profit communities. Renae enjoys every aspect of bookkeeping.  She's been known to say she'd rather do taxes than create artwork. 

When Renae is not playing with spreadsheets, she loves to bake, kayak, and travel, not always in that order.
