    Job Summary:

    As the organization’s principal advocate, the Executive Director builds and maintains strong relationships with the Chamber’s many stakeholders, including the community at large, the Chamber membership, its volunteers, and its Board of Directors. The Executive Director works closely with a wide range of constituencies throughout the city (and its neighbors) in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to build support and coalitions consistent with the Chamber’s mission and priorities.

    Reporting to the Board of Directors and supervising a staff of three, the Executive Director is responsible for the hands on, day-to-day operations of the Chamber, the overall development and administration of member programs and services in accordance with the Board’s strategic vision, the Chamber’s bylaws, its mission, and policies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, non-profit management, marketing or a related field. Substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the preferred education.

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior management role.

    • Demonstrated experience working with volunteer boards, committees, and the public.

    • Broad business skills including strategy implementation, basic financial and operational including

    knowledge of and ability to use standard office software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

    • Fundraising experience

    • Strong oral and written communication and people skills

    • Demonstrated good business judgment, long range / strategic planning and strong management

    • Detail oriented, comfortable with varied organizational processes

    • Independent, self-sufficient, and strong work ethic

    Work Environment:

    This is a position based in the Chamber office in Bothell, WA. Occasional physical work and

    light lifting may be required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk upstairs.

    Job Classification and Hours:

    Salaried exempt, full time 40+ hours, including occasional evening, weekend and holidays.

    Compensation:

    The total compensation package includes a base salary ($75,000-$100,000) depending on skills and experience, health insurance, paid time off, and the holidays listed below.

    Paid holidays include:

    o New Year’s Day - January 1 (day of, or following Monday)

    o Martin Luther King, Jr - Third Monday in January

    o President’s Day - Third Monday in February

    o Memorial Day - Last Monday in May

    o Thanksgiving - Fourth Thursday and Friday in November

  • POSITION SUMMARY

    The position of Exercise Therapy is used for the onboarding and training of new members of the exercise therapy team. The role provides a construct for new hires to learn and understand the processes that Pushing Boundaries uses, in conjunction with clients’ medical teams, to develop and implement individualized training programs for each client to maintain or increase function and improve quality of life.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Learn PB protocols, transfer techniques, the set-up, management, and use of different exercise therapy equipment.

    • Physically work on the floor observing other therapists and assisting when necessary. New hires should be on the floor shadowing therapists and engaging with clients as much as possible.

    • Learn to read and interpret Program designs and follow them when working with clients.

    • Learn the process of documenting SOAP notes for each client.

    • Achieve a comfort level in ability to lead part or all of a session under the supervision of a Therapist.

    • Assist with answering phone calls and emails and defer to other therapists or administration for help when necessary.

    • Learn how to navigate scheduling software, outlook email and calendars, internal databases, timesheets, and any other necessary computer competencies.

    • Attend company sponsored events and participate in fundraising endeavors.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Protect clients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocol.

    • Protect clients and employees by adhering to safety protocol and procedures, including but not limited to proper use of equipment.

    • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management of needed actions.

    • Establish a good working relationship with other team members.

    • Execute program designs for each client on roster as guided by Lead Exercise Therapist(s).

    • Participate in team meetings as required.

    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    • Maintain a positive attitude while working with clients to help them meet their goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of two-year degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field

    • Nationally recognized personal certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or ACSM preferred)

    • ASCM Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT) (required within 60 days of hire)

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Software

    • Strong writing skills and comfort around social media a plus

    We are currently seeking part-time and full-time coaches to join our amazing coaching staff and work with our growing number of gymnasts! We can offer part-time (mornings or evenings) or full time (mornings, afternoons, evenings) to fit with your schedule!

    We are looking for enthusiastic and encouraging individuals and coaching experience is not required. However, if you are experienced, we do need experienced coaches to work with our more advanced Recreational Gymnasts and our XCEL programs.

    Our facility stresses a progressive approach to gymnastics training, and prides itself on the safe instruction of gymnastics skills on all apparatus.

The Retail Memorial Consultant is happy working with teams/other departments and disciplines, enjoys forging relationships, and is naturally curious and interested in continuous learning.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Listen attentively and connect with customers to develop a meaningful memorial by discussing ideas and details of personalization/craftsmanship.

    • Support retail customers.

    • Receive phone calls and schedule appointments to answer customer inquiries about products and memorialization.

    • Secure sales via internet and telephone for development of customized monument orders - usually for out-of-state customers.

    • Utilize Stone Spot software for order documentation, tracking, & data storage.

    • Accept & appropriately process/route payments from customers.

    • Research historical orders for matching new memorial orders.

    • Secure photos and rubbings of monuments at local cemetery locations for pending orders and customer approval.

    • Communicate with cemeteries regarding retail orders; maintain records and a working knowledge of cemetery rules and regulations.

    • Respect wholesale vendees’ relationships with families they serve.

    • Process forms and request funds from administration for payment of applicable fees to cemeteries or appropriate professionals.

    • Communicate with Production Manager regarding scheduling production time, special orders, & late or missing orders.

    • Request pricing and quotes from Manager to properly price memorials, freight/shipping, & services, & track sales tax rates/rules.

    • Collaborate with in-house designers for customer memorial projects.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must be empathetic in relating to families who have experienced loss.

    • Knowledge of memorial costs, layouts, restrictions, and standards of different cemeteries.

    • Computer skills: Outlook, MS Office, ability to learn custom applications.

    We are looking for a full-time delivery driver and installation technician to join our Inventory and Logistics team.

    Schedule: Monday – Thursday, hours between 5:30am-3:30pm with frequent overtime

    Job Summary:

    This unique role of both delivery driver and installation of our memorials is a key function to our inventory and logistics department. Memorials and markers must be delivered on time and in excellent condition, and you will be a positive representation of Quiring Monuments to our customers.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Make certain paperwork for daily deliveries is in order.

    • Keep logs to meet company, state, and federal regulations.

    • Load truck for delivery route.

    • Drive to cemeteries – maintaining a schedule and safe driving practices.

    • Interact with customers while delivering and pick-up orders.

    • Installation of Memorials onsite.

    • Set markers as requested, photograph install, and forward to supervisor.

    • Keep work areas clean.

    • Keep trucks clean inside and out.

    • Assist others as needed.

    • Perform weekly truck inspections.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must know how to lift and maneuver markers without causing injury or damage.

    • Must be able to move 50+ lbs on a regular basis.

    • Must be able to operate a hand truck or industrial dolly.

    • Safe driving record and practices.

    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus potential for installation bonuses after 90 days
